Is there a deposit? When are the additional payments due? Do you offer a payment plan?
A $500 deposit is required to hold your date. Also a $500 Security deposit is due at same time as deposit. Yes we offer a payment Plan.
How do I reserve a date?
Can I just stop by?
Due to Tours and Weddings running daily you can not just stop by. But you can schedule a tour at Littleacrefarmweddings@gmail.com.
What is the average budget of a couple getting married at Little Acre Farm?
Will there be another wedding the same day?
No. You get exclusive rights to the property grounds the day of your wedding.
Are there overnight accommodations nearby?
Yes. We are only 7 mins from many local hotels and lodging.
How many cars will your parking lot accommodate?
Do you offer straight tables instead of round?
Yes, we provide long only.
Do you provided table linens, cups, silverware, etc?
We provide linens for free but cleaning fee does apply.
We provide china rental on site. No picking up or carrying back. $250 for china rental.
We do not provide silverware.
What happens in case of rain?
We have two indoor ceremony areas. One is Handicap accessible. One is not Handicap accessible
We plan to have our ceremony offsite, or only plan to have our ceremony at Little Acre Farm. Does your fee change?
Do you allow dogs onsite to play a part in our wedding day?
Yes, A dog handler must accompany the dog at all times. The Dog must be leashed at all times. Dog must exit property after ceremony. No animals excluding service animals are allowed in any of the barn area at any time.
What form of payment does Little Acre Farm accept?
My preferred dates are unavailable. Do you have a cancellation waiting list?
No. Here is why. We don’t want to overlook anyone. So we update our site regularly and let our brides know to check there.
Where can I find pictures of the decor available
All Decor is located on our web site.
What time will I have access to the venue to decorate?
Do you include a "wedding day coordinator?"
No. We do not. But we have a vendor list with lots of great recommendations for coordinators or planners.
What are our catering options at Little Acre Farm?
All Caters must be licensed and insured.
When is the next open house?
You can find our open house dates here.
What time do you suggest we start the ceremony?
Depending on the time of the year around 2 hours before sunset allows enough time for ceremony and dinner as to be able to still capture those sunset pictures that a lot of wedding photographers love to get.
How will the tables, chairs, etc. be arranged for my sized event?
Each Event is arranged for maximum space for the larger events and distributed through out for smaller events to fill the space,
Can we have fireworks on the property?
Yes, Little Acre Farm does not purchase Fireworks but will set them off for you.
ONLY Little Acre Farm is to set any fireworks off.
Can vehicles be left overnight?
No. Their is a gate that closes after the wedding comes to an end. This does not allowed for vehicles to be left over night and any and all will have to be towed.
What time does the music need to end?
9:30 This provides sufficient time for clean up.
We are using a rental company. Can they drop items off or pick them up outside of the rental period?
Are candles allowed?
Flicker battery operated candles only
How do I obtain a marriage license?
If you are getting married in WV you must first apply for a wedding license at any in-state county clerk office. These offices are usually located at a county courthouse.
